The single-axis flow opener is suitable for processing raw cotton, chemical fibers and mixed raw materials. As a pre-cleaner, it is installed between the cotton grabber and the multi-bin cotton blender. The fibers are uniformly and densely passed through five in a free state. Play around half a week to get rid of impurities. The opening of the raw materials is gentle, avoiding fiber damage, and the angle of the dust rod can be adjusted outside the machine. This machine adopts a dust cage dust removal structure for cotton intake, which not only can effectively remove fine dust and short lint, but also proves the stability of cotton intake pressure and prevents traffic jams.
