This machine is used to further open and remove various grades of raw cotton or chemical fiber below 76mm, and can remove infertile seeds, dead cotton and fine dust. It has a strong opening and cleaning effect.
Main Features
1. The opening roller adopts the form of spiral aluminum alloy combing needles, which is used for combing instead of beating. The opening is soft and can effectively reduce fiber damage.
2. The dust grid adopts the structure of dust removal knife and triangle rod, and the distance gauge is adjustable outside, which can effectively remove large and small dust according to process requirements.
3. The whole machine adopts the design of active continuous suction and noil, which saves labor and improves the performance of cleaning and opening.
